About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Electrical Foreman or Supervisor from a commercial construction background who’s ready to take on more responsibility. Reporting directly to a hands-on leader, you'll be the 2IC across projects - running small teams, managing site delivery, and taking ownership of forecasting, procurement, and health & safety.
This is a role that requires sharp thinking, strong coordination, and the ability to make decisions on the fly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising multiple sites with a team of 3–4
- Managing 2,000+ hour jobs
- Handling project paperwork: forecasting, H&S, ordering
- Working alongside a supportive manager with a focus on team growth
- Taking the lead on day-to-day site delivery and coordination
What we’re looking for
- EWRB registered with a current full practicing license
- Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in commercial electrical work
- Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a Project Management role
- Clear communicator and confident decision-maker
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across sites
- Team player who’s keen to grow with a supportive business
