What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering intersection upgrades, signal maintenance runs, and project works
- Leading RAMS, toolbox talks and reinforcing a strong safety culture
- Maintain strong communication with council teams, designers, civil crews, and traffic management
- Managing daily sequencing, resourcing and documentation
- Assisting with pricing, variations and tracking project costs
- Supporting testing, commissioning & as-built documentation
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in New Zealand delivering electrical/civil projects or site coordination
- Proven experience managing teams or crews
- Strong electrical background (trade or engineering qualification)
- Hands-on onsite leadership (RAMS, toolbox talks, safety-led delivery)
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience working with subcontractors, councils, and local standards
- New Zealand working rights
