Are you an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a skilled and professional EA to provide high-level support to a busy CEO and senior leadership team within a high-profile, values-driven organisation.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines executive support, event coordination, finance administration, and stakeholder engagement. No two days are the same, you’ll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly both in the office and at events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage calendars, travel, ticketing, and meeting coordination
- Prepare board papers, presentations, contracts, and reports
- Support finance processes including credit card reconciliations and accounts
- Assist with internal events and game day hospitality
- Liaise with partners, service providers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee fleet administration and office systems
- Maintain Board documentation and support governance processes
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent planning, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence using digital systems
- A professional, friendly manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
