- Engineering degree not required
Our client is a mining services contractor who have projects spread across Australia and Internationally. With projects in coal, gold, copper and other minerals they have a diverse client base and hence opportunity for long term growth.
This particular position is based at an open pit coal mine in NSW.
What we are seeking:
- Previous experience in Drill and Blast design
- The ideal candidate will come from a background as a shotfirer who can do design and still has a shotfirer ticket
- Skilled with drill and blast / mine design software
- Easy person to work with who is focused on quality work, learns fast, safety focused and is passionate about drill and blast
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Permanent position on a 8/6 roster
- On-going training and development so you can master the art of drill and blast
- Attractive salary package
