- Drainlayer Foreman – Permanent Role

- $38–$42 per hour (experience dependent)
My client is currently seeking a Drainage Foreman to lead a skilled team across several residential subdivision and civil drainage projects. In this leadership role you will oversee daily site operations, manage your crew,, and to the highest standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in Civil drainage
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems
- CCC approved ideal (not essential)
- Strong leadership ability and able to motivate a crew
- Health & safety focused, good written and verbal communication
- Competent in reading and interpreting plans and designs
- Full driver’s licence with WTR (Class 2 is an advantage)
- $38 - $42pr/h (Experience dependent) + Company Vehicle
- Guaranteed full-time work with job security
- 45 hours minimum per week Monday - Friday (Saturdays when required)
