Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and safety conscious Dozer Operators with proven experience operating heavy mobile plant in a mining environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting production and maintaining haul roads, dumps, and stockpiles within a structured and safety driven site. The successful candidate will work closely with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to deliver consistent operational performance while upholding strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate dozers to support production and site maintenance
  • Carry out push work, clean-up, stockpile management, and other dozer related tasks
  • Work collaboratively with site personnel to meet operational targets
  • Adhere to site safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory
  • Valid Class C manual driver’s licence
  • Relevant ticket and experience operating large mining dozers (e.g., D10, D11)
  • Ability to successfully pass medical assessments and drug & alcohol screening
