You’ll be responsible for carrying out directional drilling operations across a range of projects, working closely with site teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards are met. This role offers consistent work and the opportunity to be part of a professional, high-performing crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor directional drilling equipment
- Carry out drilling in line with plans, specifications, and safety requirements
- Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot drilling issues
- Liaise with project managers and site teams to meet project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment performance
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Proven experience as a Directional Driller (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong technical knowledge of directional drilling methods and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drilling plans and specifications
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant health and safety tickets or certifications (preferred)
