We’re looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join a leading Auckland-based civil construction company that’s known for its quality workmanship, supportive culture, and steady pipeline of projects. What’s on offer:
  • $30 - $35 per hour (experience dependent ) + 8% Holiday Pay
  • Varied sites across Auckland – some travel required

About the role:
You’ll be operating excavators on civil construction projects, focusing on footings, bulk earthworks, and concrete pads. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering quality results while maintaining a strong safety culture.

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven digger operating experience
  • Confident working with on different machines 
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Willing to travel to different sites around Auckland
  • Full class 1 license and WTR (advantageous) 
  • Ability to pass a drug test
