Role: BIM (Design) Architect

Location:  Auckland

Salary Range:  Paying up to $100,000 per annum

Employment Type:  Full-time 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM (Design) Architect  to join a dynamic team working on high-end stone façade projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for architectural detailing, strong Revit capabilities, and a solid understanding of construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model 3D stone façade systems in Revit based on architectural concepts.
• Produce comprehensive construction documentation and detailed cut sheets for stone production.
• Schedule components using Revit and Excel.
• Conduct site measurements and attend coordination meetings.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with specifications.
• Support timely project delivery and report delays with recovery strategies.

• Degree-level qualification with advanced Revit proficiency.
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in architecture or construction.
• Familiarity with NZ construction practices and Health & Safety legislation.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and commercial construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality and integrity.
• Valid NZ driver’s license and flexibility to work occasional weekends.
