We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Wacol. This is an ongoing casual position offering full-time hours, some overtime and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role following a successful probation period.

As the first point of contact onsite, you will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll manage face-to-face enquiries, respond to phone calls and emails, and support daily operations within a busy manufacturing setting.
Your day will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers onsite
- Handling inbound phone and email enquiries
- Processing orders and customer requests
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Providing accurate information on products and timeframes
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Confident communicating face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional, friendly and solutions-focused approach
- Available for early morning starts
