About the role:
Our client, is looking for an experienced and safety-focused Crane Operator/Class 5 Truck Driver to join a dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating cranes and heavy vehicles, transporting materials and equipment to various project sites, and supporting yard operations. You’ll play a key part in site preparation, equipment maintenance, and ensuring lifts are carried out safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Attend daily pre-start and toolbox meetings.
- Perform daily checks on crane, lifting equipment, and trucks.
- Complete logbook entries and routine maintenance tasks.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from project sites.
- Assist with yard organization, including stacking materials and preparing attachments.
- Regularly assess site and crane platform conditions.
- Complete and maintain lift plans and required documentation.
- Safely lift and place loads using approved methods.
- Help with crane setup and dismantling according to guidelines.
- Following Health and Safety guidelines.
- Full Driver's License essential
- Class 5 Truck License essential
- Crane Operator Tickets essential
- Crawler Cranes up to 200T experience
- 2+ Years experience essential
- Site Safe essential
