Our client is a leader in the infrastructure sector. An opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute leader with a niche in contacts management to join their team.
  
Reporting to the GM of Green Spaces here you will run a team of 20 and ensure revenue targets are exceeded.
  
Duties include:
  
Oversee contract management system improvement
Ensuring reporting requirements are met
Contract KPI’s are developed and achieved
Forward programming of OPEX and VAPEXC carried out to ensure the requirements of the contract
Management of contracts and assigned staff
Ensure job costing and claims and invoices are completed
Complete contract in accordance with design specifications
Ensure revenue targets and profitability targets are met
Client relationship building with developers, client and industry peers
Business opportunities are identified
Oversee site emergency process
