About the Role:
This is an office-based, long-term opportunity working within the Commercial team to manage and administer subcontract and supply agreements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial compliance, cost control, and risk mitigation across high-value projects.
The role operates Monday to Friday, within a supportive, fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue tender packages to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyse and compare tenders to identify cost, risk, and compliance factors.
- Draft and negotiate subcontract, supply, and consultancy agreements in line with company standards.
- Support projects with contract administration, including variations, extensions, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate procurement and contract data in Felix and JDE systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams to achieve best commercial outcomes.
- Assist in contract close-out, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in Procurement or Contract Administration , ideally within mining, construction, or infrastructure .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Working knowledge of JDE or similar ERP systems (Felix experience advantageous).
- A collaborative mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
