Construction Machinery and Heavy Equipment Service Technician – Tauranga

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair materials handling and earth moving equipment to keep our customers operational
• Conduct predominantly field service work, with some workshop-based tasks as required
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring trust and reliability
• Coordinate effectively with the workshop and parts department for seamless service delivery
• Accurately complete all service documentation, including job reports and invoices
• Ensure timecards are completed daily, reflecting correct job numbers
• Maintain stock levels, record oils and materials used, and keep an organized workspace
• Prioritize Health and Safety, adhering to company and client protocols

• A qualified technician with experience in construction machinery and heavy equipment or similar machinery
• Expertise in hydraulics, mechanical or electrical systems, and electronic diagnostics
• A self-starter who works proactively with initiative, honesty, and integrity
• Someone based in Tauranga or willing to relocate for a great career opportunity
• Physical fitness to handle on-site repairs and servicing requirements
