The Situation:
We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our client’s Moranbah branch, supporting their training department. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity, working three days per week at $46.69 per hour plus superannuation. You’ll play a key role in providing compliance and administration support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours and the support of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and processing timesheets
- Entering and updating employee and contractor information in site systems
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork (licences, tickets, medicals, inductions)
- Preparing site passes and coordinating inductions
- Booking travel and accommodation for site employees
- Maintaining accurate records through filing and scanning
- Answering phones, emails, and general enquiries
- Providing ad hoc administration support as required
- Learning and applying site systems, policies, and safety requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally within training, compliance, or site-based roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- High accuracy with data entry and confidence using computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
