About Our Role:

You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
- Leadership/Management experience a must
- Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for caring for others.
