About Our Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead teams and make a meaningful difference to the lives of the residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the residents receive the highest standard of care. This role is a permanent part-time role – 30 hours per week.

  Your Skills and Experience: 

  • Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate.
  • Ideally experience in aged care.
  • Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for caring for others.
