About the Role
We're on the lookout for an intermediate Civil Operator to join a well-established civil construction team in Tauranga. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in hands-on work and is keen to grow their skills in a busy and supportive environment. They are looking to interview people for a July start.

- Operate machinery and assist on-site with small to mid-scale civil works
- Carry out earthworks, drainage, roading, and site prep
- Ensure accurate, high-quality work across different project sites
- Maintain health and safety compliance at all times
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Assist with labouring as needed on-site
- 2+ years’ experience in civil construction or similar industry
- Full Class 2 Licence with WTR endorsements
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Understanding of health and safety protocols on site
- Able to pass pre-employment checks
- Valid Site Safe
- Must hold valid working rights in New Zealand
