Their core capabilities include water and wastewater infrastructure, pipelines, pump stations, and associated civil works.
With an experienced leadership team and a significant secured pipeline of work across Brisbane and South East Queensland, they are continuing to grow and strengthen their delivery capability.
Due to ongoing project awards, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start available.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple civil projects across the utilities space.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating multiple crews on site
- Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure program milestones are achieved
- Overseeing pipelaying, conduit installation, tank installation and associated civil works
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Driving safety, environmental compliance and quality standards
- Leading and mentoring site personnel to ensure high performance
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supervising civil construction projects (utilities experience highly regarded)
- Strong background in pipelines, water/wastewater or similar infrastructure
- Demonstrated leadership and crew management capability
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
