Are you over FIFO and ready for something closer to home? Here’s your chance to step into a high-impact Civil Supervisor role with a leading civil contractor, working on a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project that is being built for a global mining company in WA’s Peel region .

We’re seeking a hands-on Civil Supervisor to oversee crews delivering bulk and detailed earthworks leading into concrete foundations in and around an existing operating plant, on a 6 months fixed term arrangement. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in a landmark energy project while working with a contractor that values teamwork, safety, and quality delivery above all else.

• Current S26 Supervisor certification (essential)
• Clean WA Driver’s Licence
• Proven experience supervising civil works with reputable contractors in WA
• Strong leadership and communication skills , able to keep crews safe, motivated and on target
• Solid background in managing earthworks and concrete foundation scopes
