About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor/Foreman to lead the delivery of specialised structure and piling projects. You’ll manage a small operational team, coordinate plant and materials, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, all-rounded site role encompassing both supervision and labouring duties, focused on structural and piling projects across the lower North Island.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and team performance
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld
• Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate documentation and a tidy worksite
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Hours:
Monday - Friday (47.5 hours per week minimum)
Vehicle, phone, and subsidised health insurance provided as well as travel and meal allowances when working outside the region.
About You:
You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, and be someone who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can think on your feet, and are confident managing people and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Previous experience supervising or managing teams on civil, structures, or piling projects
- WTR, Drivers License and First Aid
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and your team
- Strong organisational skills to keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on time
- A commitment to working safely and maintaining high standards of workmanship
- A willingness to travel within the lower North Island when required
