We’re looking for an Experienced Operator to join a leading civil and earthworks company in Christchurch . If you’ve got strong operating skills and a great work ethic, this role offers long-term stability and career growth.

• Operating across civil, earthworks, and drainage projects
• Ensuring precision and high-quality work, including final trimming
• Assisting with other heavy plant operations (dump trucks, GPS machinery preferred)

• 2+ years of experience operating civil machinery such as excavators, loaders, dump trucks, dozers, graders
• Leadership experience, managing a small crew or project
• Experience with civil construction projects including earthmoving, drainage and roading
• Can pass all pre employment tests
• Has class 1 with WTR endorsements. class 2 is a plus.
