You’ll support a range of general civil and land development tasks, from site prep and trenching to clean-up and machinery support. Projects vary and may include day/night shifts and weekend work, so flexibility is key.

Duties
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations for civil works
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up
- Operate basic tools and support machinery operators
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures on-site
- Support drainage, roading, and land development tasks
- Work flexibly across day/night shifts and weekends
Skills & experience
- Physically fit and ready to take on outdoor, hands-on work
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Strong communicator and reliable team player
- Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
- Class 1 Full Driver’s Licence
- Wheels, Tracks, and Roller licence endorsement (preferred but not essential)
