We are looking for a reliable Civil Labourer
to join our team in Hamilton
. This role is perfect for someone with a Class 1 driver’s licence
and some exposure to civil construction who is keen to learn and grow their skills on site.

You will be working on a range of civil construction tasks, including:
- Site prep and general labouring
- Spotting machinery and assisting operators
- Operating small tools and equipment
- Driving (Class 1 licence as required)
- Maintaining health and safety on site
- Current Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Some civil exposure (earthworks, roading, drainage, etc.)
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Occasionally have work outside the region.
