About the Role
We're looking for a qualified Drainlayer ready to take the next step into a Civil Foreman position. Based in Tauranga and across the wider Bay of Plenty, this role will see you lead a small to mid-sized team on a range of commercial civil works.

Duties
- Supervise and lead drainage crews on-site
- Interpret plans and specifications to guide work
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report on progress and assist with planning
- Qualified Drainlayer
- 3+ years of experience in drainage or civil foreman roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Current Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Must have valid working rights in New Zealand
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
