Our client is a growth-minded civil contractor delivering quality projects across WA’s mining sector, with scopes of work typically ranging up to $30m. Their focus is on excellence, collaboration, and building lasting relationships with blue-chip industrial and mining clients.

The Role

Based in our client’s West Perth office, you will:

• Prepare competitive and accurate estimates for earthworks and concrete packages using Excel.
• Work closely with senior management, engineering and project delivery teams to deliver high-impact “first principles” estimates using MS Excel.
• Engage with clients and subcontractors to ensure robust, winning bids
• Help shape the future growth of the business by contributing your expertise and commercial acumen

• A terrific remuneration package : CIRCA $190k – $210K Base + Super

• 5–10 years’ civil estimating experience, ideally with WA contractors pricing minesite civil projects (earthworks and concrete scopes)
• Excellent competence using MS Excel
• Strong track record pricing earthworks and concrete packages on minesite infrastructure
• Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver quality outcomes
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
