About the Role
This is a permanent full time position where you will be overseeing 3 different clinics and includes but not limited to the following duties:
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Lead and inspire a team of nurses
- Recruit and onboard new nursing staff
- Staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Promote equity and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi
We are looking for someone who is confident about working in a fast paced environment and has the following experience:
- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience
- Previous primary care leadership experience
- Authorised vaccinator and smear taker
- Be willing to travel across 3 clinics
