About the role

You’ll be leading a crew of 2–4 on large-scale drainage projects, where you’ll install manholes, culverts, and large-diameter pipe systems. This hands-on role involves operating diggers safely within trench shields and around live utilities. You’ll interpret plans and drawings with precision, ensuring accurate execution, while working closely with site supervisors and project teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure

• Read and interpret plans
• Maintain site safety

Skills & experience

• Certified Drainlayer
• Class 1 & 2 license + WTR endorsement
• Can lead a small team
• Machinery operation experience
• Able to read technical plans
