We’re looking for an experienced CCTV Security Technician (or a skilled tradesperson ready to step into the security field) to join a well-established Tauranga team.
You’ll be working across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, installing and maintaining CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Integrating IP networks and completing system testing
- Providing clear, professional communication to clients
- Working both independently and alongside a skilled team
- 2+ years’ experience as a Security or CCTV Technician (or relevant electrical background)
- Understanding of IP networks, cabling, and fault-finding
- Sparky or Private Security Personnel Licence (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean MOJ record - essential
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and great communication skills
- $40 hourly rate (based on experience)
- Long-term, stable employment in a respected Bay of Plenty business
