About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll manage key business functions including:
- Financial & Claims Management – Ensure accurate invoicing, debtor control, and monthly profitability reporting.
- Fleet Management – Maintain compliance and optimize asset utilization using Fleet Pin.
- Purchase Order & Delegated Authority – Implement and enforce PO systems and approval frameworks.
- HR & Payroll Administration – Oversee timesheets, payroll, onboarding, and leave management.
- Health & Safety – Drive compliance through HazardCo and proactive PPE management.
- Systems & Reporting – Deliver timely, accurate reports and continuously improve workflows.
- 100% compliance across invoicing, fleet, and safety systems.
- Debtor days under 30 and accurate monthly profitability reports.
- Zero overdue hazard or incident follow-ups.
- Implementation of process improvements that boost efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of construction claims.
- Operational discipline with a knack for compliance.
- Proficiency in systems like Xero, Fleet Pin, and HazardCo preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
