Position Summary,

As a Business Development Manager in the civil sector, you'll drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing strategies to expand market presence while ensuring a strong sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

  • $120,000-$150,000 Per Annum negotiable on experience

Key Role & Responsibilities,
Business Development and Sales
  • Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Leverage market research to inform strategy
  • Maintain sales pipeline and track key metrics
  • Oversee sales orders through to delivery
KPI's, 
  • Achieving sales targets 
  • Generation of new leads in the sales pipeline resulting in increased customer base and reactivation of customers
  • Achieve targeted increase in GP and market presence for new products, services, or other business offerings.
Role Requirements, 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Adept at market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
  • Qualification in business, finance, marketing or another related field (desired but not limited to)
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the civil or engineering sector
