About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead a large warehousing site in Rolleston. This is a critical role within a large national 3PL business, where you will oversee all branch operations, staff management, and customer engagement while playing a key role in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage all budgets, control costs and drive profitability for the site
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align branch goals with overall business strategy.

• At least 5 years proven experience in branch management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong financial acumen, experienced in managing P&L and controlling operational costs for the site
