We're seeking a hands on and safety focused Workshop Branch Manager to lead our clients Kalgoorlie operations. This role oversees the day to day performance of our clients mobile plant workshop, driving safety, team leadership, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring safety and compliance with WHS Act 2020
• Mentor and support supervisors and technicians in safe, high-quality work practices
• Manage customer relationships and job scheduling, providing regular updates
• Oversee accurate invoicing, scope variations, and cost controls
• Maintain statutory compliance for tooling, infrastructure, and site access
• Drive a positive, respectful team culture and uphold company values
• Plan and present business improvements, including tooling and capital requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar workshop or branch management role
• Background in underground or surface mining and mobile plant equipment
• Strong WHS knowledge and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job costing systems
• Valid driver’s licence
• Leadership or management qualification (preferred)
