We’re seeking an experienced Sandblaster/Painter to support our client’s growing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and finishing steel components to the highest standards, ensuring durability and precision for major projects across New Zealand.

What you'll do:
- Preparing surfaces by blasting, grinding and cleaning to the required standard
- Painting and coating surfaces using specialised equipment and techniques
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards and meets project specifications
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and on budget
What you need:
- Significant experience as a Blaster Painter, advantage if it’s within the Industrial and Marine industry
- Strong technical skills in surface preparation and the application of specialised coatings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Site Safe holder
- Full Class 1 Drivers license
