Due to growth in their design & build space are looking for a BID Manager to join their team based out of the Waikato.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with marketing, design & pre-construction
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and craft solutions
- Navigating and managing collaborative procurement models
- Work with Construction PM’s to tender projects
- Attend site visits and pre‑bid meetings
- Oversee timely delivery of bid documents
