Stellar Recruitment is looking for a Dealership service / repair Technician for one of the Top performing dealerships in Wellington.
This is a permanent, full-time 40-hour work week, working within the Service Department of a well-known brand that offers great career prospects and Master Certification.
The team prides itself on a high quality of workmanship within a workshop that has the latest equipment, systems and processes that allows strong monthly results.
They have great staff retention, due to internal promoting off the tools which cultivates a great career pathway for Technicians wanting to progress with their careers.
To be successful in this role you will have :
- Automotive Trade qualification
- Good communication and presentation
- Ability to work and diagnose Hybrid, Petrol and Diesel engines.
- WOF certification highly regarded
- Dealership experience with longevity in roles
- Full clean NZ Driver’s License.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Perform engine and electrical diagnostics
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction through the brand service guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes
- Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and training provided
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
