Automotive Technician
We are recruiting a Automotive Maintenance Technician
for a Multi Franchise Dealership in Whangarei.
Our client is looking to expand their service and repair team and looking for a mid-range Technician to complement their workshop team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on two well-known Automotive brands
- Assist with general diagnostics, minor repairs, and pre-delivery checks
- Maintain and perform manufacturer recalls, bulletins and warranty repairs
- Maintaining workshop tools and equipment to a high standard
- Stay up to date with brand certification, training and new model launches
What you’ll bring:
- Trade qualification and proven 2 + Years Dealership or specialist workshop experience as an automotive technician (light vehicle)
- Strong mechanical skills with a good eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Current NZ driver’s license (full)
- Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude
