About the Role
As the Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between the customers and technicians. You will have at least one (1) year in a customer facing role, great communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in vehicles.
Duties in role
- Greeting customers and managing bookings
- Assisting with job estimates and explaining service requirements
- Coordinating workflow with technicians
- Providing updates and maintaining clear communication
- Managing invoicing, payments, and service records
- Ensuring every customer has a positive experience
- Experience in automotive customer service (automotive parts experience including parts catalogues an advantage)
- Strong communication – both written and verbal with English language a must
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong work ethic & organizational skills
