The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of the after-sales business, being the link between the service department and client ensuring a high level of customer CSI, upselling additional client requirements with effective communication.
You'll coordinate alongside the other advisors in a high-paced service environment, reporting to a very down-to-earth and well-respected Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements
- Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
- Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
- Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records in our service management system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven experience in an automotive service advisor or customer-facing dealership environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Technical understanding of vehicle servicing and aftersales business
- Computer literacy and comfort with service booking systems
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a customer-first mindset
