This is an outstanding opportunity for an existing Sales Manager or a high‑performing Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager ready to step into a leadership role.

About the Role:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives
- Drive sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed volume, gross, and KPI targets
- Manage daily sales operations including lead allocation, pipeline management, and reporting
- Coach and mentor the team through one‑on‑ones, training, and performance reviews
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and senior management to ensure seamless customer handovers
- Maintain high standards of customer experience, compliance, and brand representation
- Proven experience in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive volume and gross profit
- Self-driven, motivated and can run their team with a good level of autonomy
- Experience in people management that’s confident in leading a small, intimate team
- High energy, results‑driven mindset with a passion for developing others
- Full NZ Driver’s License
