You will be representing a well-known Automotive Group which offers excellent career progression, stability and lucrative earnings representing two strong market brands.
Our ideal candidate be a current Dealership sales executive looking to cross sell new and used vehicles, or a sales professional in a different industry looking to start your career in Dealership vehicle sales and know how to build rapport.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with walk-in and online customers, building strong relationships
- Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Working closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High levels of motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- A current full NZ Driver’s License
- A positive attitude that works well in a team environment
You will have supportive Leadership, brand training and work in an environment where you are supported from the start with the ability to earn up to $150 000 OTE annually.
