The ideal candidate will be a current Dealership sales executive looking to cross sell between new and used vehicles with longevity and success in previous sales roles.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with walk-in and online customers, building strong relationships
- Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Working closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Previous / current automotive sales experience essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High levels of motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- A current full NZ Driver’s License
- A positive attitude that works well in a team environment
