Due to their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join their dynamic and professional team.
About the Role
As a key member of the Parts Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth retail, trade and workshop Parts supply to both internal and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting parts requirements and providing accurate quotations
- Sourcing and supplying parts for technicians and retail customers
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Building strong relationships with workshop staff and external clients
- Ensuring efficient parts distribution to maximise workshop productivity
- Upholding high standards of customer service and brand representation
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a franchised dealership (essential)
- Strong product knowledge across multiple brands (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealer management systems
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
