About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join a leading Tier 1 civil construction company. You'll be working on major roading and infrastructure projects, operating rollers to deliver high-quality asphalt work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company, with potential of going permanent, they also have a stable pipeline of work coming up.
Benefits
- $30.00-$35.00 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay
- Mon-Fri work with Opportunity for Weekends + Weekly Pay Cycle

- Located around Auckland + Mount Wellington Branch
Duties
- Mix, spread, and level asphalt on roads, driveways, and other surfaces.
- Operate and maintain asphalt equipment (pavers, rollers, etc.).
- Roll and handle asphalt when needed
- Ensure quality control and safe work practices on job sites.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Skills & Experience
- Previous asphalt work is required, with the ability to know how to roll asphalt and asphalt hand works
- Valid NZ driver's license
- WTR or Class 2
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions all around Auckland
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
