Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 1 mining contractor to source experienced All Round Operators for a hard rock gold project in WA. Offering a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, this opportunity suits operators with proven production experience looking for stability and pathways to permanency.
About the role:
You’ll be working in a production environment with priority experience on: (not limited to)
- Dozers (D10 / D11) - very desirable
- CAT 785 Trucks
- Graders (16M / 24M)
- Loaders (988 / 992)
- Proven mining production experience in a gold/hard rock environment (2 years in production environment minimum required)
- Strong safety focus and teamwork attitude
- Ability to pass NPC & pre-employment medical requirements
- 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth
- Permanent position $58.12 - $66.74 (depending on experience) varies on annual wages between $170,000 - $194,000
- Casual rate available $$ if you want to try the mine site before signing on permanent with the client
- Quarterly bonuses (when permanent)
