What You’ll Do:
- Identify where AI can add value across the business
- Build and deploy machine learning or generative AI models
- Work with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other cutting-edge platforms
- Partner with teams across marketing, people & culture, operations, and IT
- Ensure AI is used ethically and effectively
- A strong background in AI/ML/NLP and tools like Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI
- An innovative, solution-focused mindset
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Bonus: experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tool integration
