Key Responsibilities:
- PA support to Senior Managers
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and employees
- Coordinate meetings, prepare (online) documentation and manage minutes
- Monitor and update records, and compliance documentation – all paperless!
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and procedures
- Coordinate initiatives and foster strong connections with all stakeholders
- Contacting clients to update them
Key Requirements:
- Experienced PA or Administration Manger (3-5 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (an advantage), Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset, happy to figure it out
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
- Team player, bring your sense of humour and ‘can-do’ attitude
