We’re excited to be partnering with one of the industry’s standout timber and building materials suppliers to recruit an Administrator for a 6‑month contract, with strong potential to go permanent. In this role, you’ll play a key role in keeping operational and financial processes on track. Your day will include managing invoicing processes, receipting stock, maintaining accurate filing systems, and providing essential support to the wider administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Receipt stock and complete required shipping documentation
- Prepare and print customer invoices with agreed margins
- Collate all relevant documentation for approval sign‑off
- Review open orders and generate customer invoices as required
- Ensure all invoicing is completed within scheduled deadlines
- Assist with credit requests and track progress
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems
- Reconcile creditor statements
- Provide support to the admin team as required
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Brings proven administrative experience in a similar position
- Can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicates effectively and works well with others
- A proactive approach and solution focused mindset
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
