Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday


About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable and capable Administrator to support a busy manufacturing environment. This is primarily an office-based position with some hands-on support in the factory area — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative and office support
  • Intermediate-level use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Stock control and inventory tracking
  • Supporting workflow documentation
  • Assisting the factory team when required, including some light lifting (up to 10kg)
  • Quickly learning new systems and processes
About You:
  • Strong admin skills with solid computer competency
  • Confident using Excel and Word at an intermediate level
  • A fast learner who picks things up easily
  • Comfortable working in both office and factory environments
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg
  • Payroll experience is helpful but not essential
  • Reliable, organised, and a good communicator
