$27 - $29 per hour
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and capable Administrator to support a busy manufacturing environment. This is primarily an office-based position with some hands-on support in the factory area — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative and office support
- Intermediate-level use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Stock control and inventory tracking
- Supporting workflow documentation
- Assisting the factory team when required, including some light lifting (up to 10kg)
- Quickly learning new systems and processes
- Strong admin skills with solid computer competency
- Confident using Excel and Word at an intermediate level
- A fast learner who picks things up easily
- Comfortable working in both office and factory environments
- Physically capable of lifting up to 10kg
- Payroll experience is helpful but not essential
- Reliable, organised, and a good communicator
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Supportive team and well-established environment
- Variety of office and operational tasks
