The Opportunity

This is a temporary Administration Support role based in Brisbane, supporting a large, established professional services organisation.

These are initial 3-month contracts supporting a busy team during a peak reporting period. You’ll be working in a structured, professional environment where accuracy, consistency, and document presentation are critical.

About the role

You will provide hands-on administrative support focused on collating reports and formatting documentation. Working closely with the team, you’ll ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

Key duties

This role will suit someone who enjoys structured administrative work, attention to detail, and working to deadlines.
  • Collating and formatting reports
  • Preparing, editing, and updating documents using Google Docs
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and professionally presented
  • Managing version control and document updates
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Supporting reporting deadlines during busy periods
Skills & experience
  • Previous experience in an administration or document support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience using Google Docs is highly desirable
  • Confidence working with structured documentation and tight deadlines
  • Professional communication skills
